Here's the scoop: fashion designer Anna Sui's "Gossip Girl"-inspired collection for Target could be the retailer's best collaboration yet. The on-trend dresses, blouses, jackets and vests appear worthy of a Waldorf or van der Woodsen. The looks are inspired by each of the distinct leading ladies: Serena's edgy glamour, Blair's schoolgirl chic, Jenny's punk vibe and Vanessa's artsy spirit. Whichever alter ego you choose, dresses are a highlight, in metallic jacquards, herringbone and satin or chiffon. The official launch is Sunday but Target's designer collections have been known to sneak into stores a day or two early and fashionistas are sure to be watching. In the Twin Cities, you'll find Anna Sui at just four Target stores: Roseville, Ridgedale, on Highway 100 in St. Louis Park and downtown Minneapolis.
