Cake batter is the new Concrete Mixer at Culver's. In case you're wondering, vanilla cake batter and hunks of vanilla cake are added to the vanilla frozen custard. Due to popular demand, the Wisconsin chain also has brought back the brownie batter Concrete Mixer.

Not to be outdone, the Blizzard of the month during May at Dairy Queen will be confetti cake, which DQ VP Barry Westrum describes as "a delicious birthday celebration in a cup."
