Target's designer fashion collections always look amazing in pictures. The reality, unfortunately, is often ill-fitting. Target's limited-edition handbags are a much better bet — especially the Anya Hindmarch collection that hit the stores Oct. 12 and will disappear Dec. 26. Hindmarch's high-end line, with prices from $995 to $2,500 is coveted by A-listers like Angeline Jolie and Reese Witherspoon (it's sold locally at the new StyledLife at the Galleria in Edina). Her Target collection expertly exudes the same look of luxury. The shapes are sophisticated, the colors are rich and the contrasting colors and textures add a bit of glamour. We especially like the patent tote in black and navy for $49.99.
